Abstract.
Lignin is the second most abundant natural raw material and nature's most abundant aromatic polymer.
Several articles have reported blending lignin with poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) to provide composite films with good material performance attributed to the formation of strong intermolecular interaction in them [5, 6].

Keywords: Thermoelectric materials, thin films, thermoelectric devices.
However, recent significant advances in the scientific understanding of quantum well and nanostructure effects on TE properties and modern thin layer and nano-scale manufacturing technologies have combined to create the opportunity of advanced TE materials with potential conversion efficiencies of over 15% [3].
The advent of these advanced TE materials offers new opportunities to recover waste heat more efficiently and economically with highly reliable and relatively passive systems that produce no noise and vibration [4, 5].
The power factor should be maximized and the thermal conductivity should be minimized in order to achieve high efficiency thermoelectric materials.

The surface property of material will be enhanced by deposition of coating powders such as metal oxides and ceramics like aluminium oxides, tungsten carbide, nickel chromium etc. which improves micro hardness, corrosion and wear resistant resistance property.
The optimization of process parameters had a major effect on coated material property and it was experimentally investigated by S.Kant PEC university of technology Chandigarh (August 2013) for Mullite based coating using Slurry Spray by taguchi technique.

However bone bonding capability of
these materials needs to be improved.
Several strategies based on combining mechanical properties of titanium and bone bonding capacity of bioactive materials such as hydroxyapatite (HA) have been developed [8- 11].
As an alternative approach we investigate the role and possible effects of crystallographic texture of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V substrates on cell-biomaterial interactions in vitro. 2- Materials and Methods 2.1.
