After adding details such as material and materials, the models are imported into Ngrain software.
Actual verification shows that materials and textures of original models can be retained better in this method.

Abstract We have detected defects micro-pipes and a cluster of impurities in semi-insulating
6H-SiC substrates using long-wavelength infrared thermal imaging camera (IR-camera) with 8 ~ 14
µm in non-destructive and non-contact.
However, in the 6H-SiC expected as the substrate material for high frequency devices, the practical crystal is under development.
The IR-camera detects and visualizes infrared light radiated from the materials.

Also, we do not need any other materials in the whole process, so it is a cost-effective anti-counterfeiting technology[2].
This is a way combined with the halftone image screening technology and optical reflection characteristics of the grating materials.
We can widely use this method in document protection because there is no other material cost during the whole process.
