Numerical results and discussions Numerical results are obtained for the isotropic materials under a sudden thermal flux q0 on the crack faces.
This paper, together with our previous paper entitled fracture of a finite medium with a circular internal crack under hyperbolic heat conduction-prescribed crack face temperature, published in the proceeding of the 2nd International Conference on Materials Science & Technology (ICMST 2013)  by Advanced Materials Research, completes the analysis of a finite medium with a circular internal crack under hyperbolic heat conduction.

The results shows that the human risk control measures exist in three tiers of effectiveness that with each tier being separated by nearly an order of magnitude, and the types of most risk mitigation are risk codes such as injury by machine, fall from height, contact with harmful material.
(2) The types of most risk mitigation are risk codes such as injury by machine (3.0380 S/w-h), fall from height (2.7093 S/w-h) and contact with harmful material (2.5372 S/w-h).

The analytical methods are limited to simple geometries, linear materials and simple load cases.
In the experimental methods, the accuracy and the precision of measurement is a special branch of science.
Measured values Some materials properties of water and the steel sheet (the front wall), which were used in the numerical analysis, are presented in Table 1 and Table 2.

The commercially used membrane materials include ceramics and both unmodified and surface modified polymeric materials, such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polysulfone [11].
However, the high cost of membrane materials limits its further applications.
Polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric (NWF) materials are composed of random network of overlapping fibers.
