The establishment of the structural model of asphalt concrete road under the moving vehicle loads should be based on the following assumptions[3]: sub-base,base,surface layer arehomogeneous isotropic linear elastic materials, stress-strain relations conform the Hooke's law, represented by material parameters elastic modulus E and Poisson's ratio μ,and the material parameters of every layer is constant, subgrade is regarded as elastomer, follow Drucker-Pragcr yield criterion.
Establish Road Model and Determine the Boundary Conditions Calculation Parameters of Asphalt Pavement Layer Materials The length, width and heightof the pavement modelare 10 m, 6 m, 6 m in this paper.
Considering all these factors, the main parameters of pavement materials used in this paper[4,5]is as shown in Table 1.

Experimental Experimental materials.
The materials and reagents used for the study were PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride), DMAc, CaCO3,PVP.
In this experiment, with PVDF as raw material, carbonate/polyvinylidene fluoride hybrid membrane was made by using dry- wet spinning process.

The use of appropriate corrosionresistant coatings on metallic components can minimize material degradation and extend component life.
The degradation of materials were observed in the depth of about 100 µm for the sulphidation under ps2= 10-8 atm and occurred along the dendrite boundaries.
Summary In the course of investigation it was stated that the result of the sulphidation process for multicomponent and inhomogeneous material is difficult to predict on the base of binary phase diagram.

Lower flow front temperature will affect the melt material liquidity, make the filling difficult and affect the appearance of product.
(a) (b) (c) (a - plan 1; b - plan 2; c - plan 3) Fig.3 Flow front temperature We can see from the graph: the third plan in the three plans has the minimum flow front temperature, and the front melt with the mold filling process has little cross-linking reactions, therefore it is not easy to produce weld marks in meeting point of flow materials and affect the quality of products.
In this temperature range, the melt material has better liquidity, so the mold filling process can completed smoothly.

Introduction Fatigue crack growth in metallic materials or alloys is a process controlled by many variables.
Even so, the materials itself, there are some microdefects such as dislocations, voids, oxide inclusions, scratches formed in processing, corrosion pit resulted from environmental attack, making the materials in the service period form microcracks, these microcracks coalesce with each other, and then extend to a macrocrack, eventually leading to component failure.
