Abstract.
As the total productive cost which happen during construction process, based on the demand characteristics for factors of production in the construction process, the cost of construction project can always be decomposed as the fees of real materials, construction resources in the project, subcontracting, site engineering contracting and so on.
Construction cost of the whole process of project management theory and methods[M], Tianjin, Tianjin peoples` press, 2004 [2] Ma Zhiliang, The framework of construction project information management system[J], Journal of Civil Engineering, 2006 (1) [3] Yu Qiyuan, Lv Yuhui.
