Abstract.

Its concrete way is to carry on the operation from behind to front, namely at first find out the unit goods and materials consumption transported from spare spot kD to demand spot jB .

Large amounts of suspended materials could be observed in the raw PME, but no sedimentation occurred during a 24-hour quiescent placing.

Introduction
Research in the area of ecofriendly and biodegradable packaging films is currently of prime interest due to their advantages in protecting foodstuffs and reducing environmental pollution by reducing petroleum-based plastics packaging materials currently in use.
The functional properties of chitosan films are improved when chitosan is combined with other film-forming materials.
Experimental Section Materials Chitosan (degree of deacetylation of 85%) with molecular weight of about 106 was purchased from Jinan haidebei Marine Bioengineering Co., Ltd.

It is assumed that no water was overflowed during calculating the seismic response of the earthquake, dynamic elastic modulus of dam material was taken to be 1.5 times as static modulus of elasticity.
