Abstract:

PSO algorithm is apt to appear the phenomenon of search stagnancy. To overcome the phenomenon, it uses the crossover and mutation mechanism of genetic algorithm and thought of simulated annealing for references. It has put forward the hybrid PSO algorithm and applies it to the problem of logistics center location selection, its validity and speediness has been proved through emulation.
