Abstract
The process of mixing materials is a very complex process.
The shape and dimensions of the stirrer depends on the desired performance of mixer, the type of flow, the type and quantity of mixed materials.
Therefore, the mixing process can be used for homogenization of each other soluble liquids, granular material for suspending, dispersing, intensification of the process of exchange of heat, mass and the momentum, the preparation of a mixture of desired properties, as well as for other purposes.

Even so, the materials itself, there are some microdefects such as dislocations, voids, oxide inclusions, scratches formed in processing, corrosion pit resulted from environmental attack, making the materials in the service period form microcracks, these microcracks coalesce with each other, and then extend to a macrocrack, eventually leading to component failure.
