Abstract In this paper mixed variable method is generalized to solve the problem of bending of the rectangular plate with one side is fixed (simple) on the edge simply supported and fixed half under the action of a uniformly distributed load.

Abstract: BIM technology changes the path of acquiring and transmiting information in traditional project management methods.
According to classification from building SMART alliance in America, 25 kinds of applications of BIM in architecture engineering field are listed.Through analyzing parties of project management,including design enterprise, owner,building enterprise,estate management company and construction supervision institution,a conclusion is drawn that construction supervision institution is the most suitable party to popularize BIM technology.
In the whole life cycle of construction project,BIM can realize ingeration management, perfect composition of information model and management behavior model,which will promote efficiency and degrade risk of building engineering in the whole course[2] .
Supervision engineers have mastered professional knowledge of technology,management,economy and relevant regulations,and have the basic conditions of using BIM.

Abstract.
All these provided a theoretical basis for the engineering application of planting steel technique.
Because the new structure reinforced by planting steel technique has merits of‘steel-concrete’structure, which is a high load capacity, lateral stiffness, and good seismic performance, it can be applied to civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and port traffic engineering reinforcement and reconstruction, especially suitable for the reinforcement engineering of tall buildings and large span structures.
Meanwhile, the ultimate bearing capacity of angle was calculated, these provided a theoretical basis for the engineering application of planting steel technology.
