Introduction Among conducting polymers, polyaniline (PANI) is a promising material for commercial applications, because of its environmental stability, good process ability, and relatively low cost.
The use of PANI blends(composites) as anticorrosion coatings had been explored as the potential candidates to replace the chromium-containing materials, which have adverse health and environmental concerns.

The rare-earth (RE) doping of Si and Si-related materials [1-5] in the last years has been extensively studied for the development of light-emitting devices in the Si-based optoelectronics initiated by the reports on the photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) centered at around 1.54 μm of Er3+ (4I13/2→4I15/2) in Si [6].
As for RE doped materials, much attention has been paid to the Er doped silicon, because its characteristic emission at 1.54 μm is occurring in the minimum absorption of optical fibers.

The materials of the impeller was 2A70 forging al alloy, the surface quality of the complex blades surface quality Ra were restricted within 1.6µm, and the textures of the blades were regular, no overcut trace.

The surface defect is a damage such as embossment or deboss caused by some external factors in the production process, including exposing background, scratches, dropping material, granule, color difference, foreign bodies, ridges and nail printing; The size defect is defined that the size of the electrode does not meet the standard, which is because the slurry is too much or too little and the cutter cut the electrode in error, including slurry lack, substrate damage, substrate lug damage, remainder material and wrong size.
Smaller circularity, large gray value Dropping material The defect is formed by loosening and dropping of the part of the slurry from substrate.
Remainder material Coating slurry range of substrate lugs is larger than the standard range, which makes the size of the substrate lug exposed become smaller.
