Abstract.
Introduction Fibre reinforced cement-based composites display several attractive characteristics for application in civil structures such as buildings, bridges and footbridges, and also for strengthening existing structures.
From this experimental study, the following comments can be made: • The obtained experimental results pointed out some of the most relevant characteristics of the behaviour of fibre cement based composites under monotonic/static and fatigue loading necessary for application in the civil engineering industry
Applied and Computational Mechanics, 2 (1), 2008 [5] Seitl, S., Keršner, Z., Bílek, V., Fatigue parameters of selected fiber concretes on three-point bend specimens, Engineering mechanics 2009, Svratka 11.-14. 5. 2009 (on CD) [6] Karihaloo, B.L.

Abstract.
The engineering background of the difference supervision theory Due to the construction engineering related to many things, the construction process is a complicated synthetically process.
Therefore, let define the event of which an engineering registration worker is not an affiliated worker, the absence level is, and corresponding is the event of which an engineering registration worker is an affiliated worker, the absence level is.According to inspection historical record and expert evaluation, it can define the probability of which an engineering registration worker is an affiliated worker is 20%.
The flow diagram of difference supervision theory of engineering registration workers based on Bayesian inference is shown in fig. 1.
