It is indicated that the CNTs have been covered by metal material of electrode at the contact area after the induction heating process.
On the other hand, the metal material with high relative permeability can also increase the heating efficiency.

Although piezoelectric materials are widely used to fabricate vibratory gyro, there are few reports of micro piezoelectric gyro, and most of them use composite layers of the PZT film, silicon and metal electrode based on cantilever structure.
In 1986, Burdess et al proposed a new type of vibratory rate gyroscope, this design is based on a disc of piezoelectric material on which are deposited drive and detect electrodes [2].

Abstract: This paper explores the sol-gel titanium dioxide the conditions of experiments to determine the best conditions.
The semiconductor TiO2 has proven to be an excellent photocatalyst material on which many organic substrates have been shown to be oxidatively(in some cases reductively) degraded and ultimately mineralized completely under UV irradiation[4-5].
In acidic solution, the concentration of H+ is large, relatively concentration of OH- is very low, the corresponding raw materials that can generate hydroxyl radicals will decrease.
