Introduction Due to the attractive properties, such as high hardness, high mechanical strength, wear resistance and chemical stability[1-2], Cr2O3 ceramic coating is widely used in aerospace, biotechnology, electronic information, building and other fields as the wear-resistant coating to protect material, and it also has a broad applied prospect in the field of tribology[3].
The substract material of samples was 45 steel, with the size of Ф 6×25 mm.

A large number of endeavors concern MEMS technology combining with microelectronics, microstructures and nano-materials to improve the properties of amperometric microsensors [2-4].
Moreover, the microstructure and the approach we have developed are also suitable for other applications and different materials, including Ni or Cu etc, which can be electrodeposited to modify the micro electrode surface.

It is indicated that the CNTs have been covered by metal material of electrode at the contact area after the induction heating process.
On the other hand, the metal material with high relative permeability can also increase the heating efficiency.
