Because structure temperature of long-span bridge was a random variable which had close relation with the geographical position, natural conditions(such as atmospheric temperature), components material, etc, it was difficult to predict the practical structure temperature which could be predicted by the construction schedule and local climate.

For the shaft material, the specific gravity is 0.024MN/m3; the elastic modulus is 30000MPa, and the possion’s ratio is 0.21.
From the engineering perspective, although the outer layer of the double layer shaft is in a bad safety state, the plastic interlayer can still proof the water when the outer layer ruptured, and the inner layer of the double layer shaft is in a good safety state, it can still bear the external loads at this time, therefore the application of this double layer shaft is advantageous for the safety production of the mine, and the outer layer of the shaft is the fragile part that needs to be repaired primarily, which is different from the single layer shaft.

The application of the dry twin screw vacuum pump is not only in the high and new technology fields of space simulation, semiconductor processing, advanced scientific instruments, but also in the chemical, food, medicine, material, biology and many other industry areas requiring clean vacuum [2].
The design and manufacture of the screw rotor profile are the key technologies, which directly influence the working performance and manufacture cost of the screw pumps [3].
The whole virtual design processes of the screw vacuum pumps, including three-dimensional modeling, product assembling, motion simulation, interference checking and structural optimization, are completed by means of the Solidworks engineering software.
Virtual Deign and Structural Optimization Based on the above profile equations, the virtual design for the screw rotor and a twin screw vacuum pump with a pumping speed 100 m3/h is completed by means of the Solidworks engineering software.
