Abstract.
This means following problems will occur: time, labor, and material have to be spent continuously after a defect happens in the grinding process; the measured results are not the current surface quality information, which are needed in the modern manufacturing process.
The material of the workpiece is bearing steel.

To study the propagation behavior of Lamb wave in the plate and graphically show the effect of the initial stress on the dispersion relations, the following material system is considered: we take a steel plate, ,,.
For the given material system and initial stress, there exist only two variables, i.e., phase velocity c and wave number k in Eq.(21), the dispersion relation for and are respectively shown in Fig.2a and Fig.2b.

The curriculum objectives should cultivate the ability of engineering quality control, progress control and cost control, and pay attention to different key capabilities in different phases of various tasks, for instance, in bid inviting stage, the ability of proper reading of shop drawings, understanding of bidding documents and material collection is emphasized; the business bid values the capability to list construction items and calculate the individual project and price the list, as well as control the budget by properly using quota; while in the technological bid, how to organize and draw the construction plan according to physical conditions, how to determine the construction scheme of key parts of the project, how to arrange and foresee the labor and machinery use to keep up with the project duration and how to make a reasonable construction schedule and draw network diagram of construction progress are the skills that are mostly cherished.
Abilities should be given priority, such as proper reading of shop drawings, understanding of bidding documents and material collection, the capability to list construction items and calculate the individual project and price the items, as well as control the budget by properly using quota and the skill to organize and draw the construction plan according to physical conditions, to determine the construction scheme of key parts of the project, to arrange and foresee the labor and machinery use to keep pace with the project duration and to make a reasonable construction schedule and draw construction progress network diagram(bar chart).

Abstract.
Slicing method is one kind of new reverse design technique developed in recent years, the basic method is that some material is used to fill the part to be measured, which has larger grayscale contrast with the part, then the part is machined with small size plane cutting, the image equipment is used to capture the cutting section image step by step, the data processing software is used to process the image captured, and to restructure the 3D model [2].
Because of the cylinder head is made by cast iron, the contrast between the machined surface and cast iron surface is strong, so the filling material is not used.
