Some experiment [1] have shown that under certain conditions, the yield strength of structure increased by a specified number of repeated cyclic loading effects, the strain hardening index of material decreased and the fatigue strength of material increased.
So the use of shakedown theory in the design of gear can effectively improve the utilization of materials, and can reduce weight and improve fatigue life of gears under the same condition.
The parameters of the gear model are as follows: the modulus m=3.5, the tooth number z=36, the pressure angle ,the elastic modulus of gear material , , the Poisson ratio , the shear yield strength , the load distribution factor , the speed of gear is 2000r/min, and the lubricating oil is mineral oil.

3.4 Reinforcements on gates and hoisting devices
Subjected to the technological and economic condition in the past, the gates in sluices are mostly made by concrete and fixtures, which approach its lifespan.
If the concrete denudes without exposure of coarse aggregates, we apply the hydraulic powered stone mill; if the concrete denudation is serious, we flush the denudation surfaces first, and then mend the surfaces with mending materials.
Choosing the mending technology and materials need to consider the technical, economic and environment factors according to the erosion environment the concrete in and the concrete structure characteristics.

In such complex harsh working conditions, the blades will inevitably produce cracks, wear, damage and even lead to scrap, which will seriously affect flight safety. [1] In recent years, it has become the major research emphasis at home and abroad on improving the mechanical properties of materials by the surface modification techniques to process materials or components without changing the base material. [2] Through plastic deformation ultrasonic shot peening (USP) and laser shock peening (LSP) are effective technical methods to improve fatigue life, which can generate residual compressive stress, fabricate grain-refinement surface.

Experimental procedure
The test material was based on 6061 aluminium alloy containing different amounts of Si =0,4 and 0,9%, and Mg=1,2 and 0,8%, to obtain an Mg/Si ratio of 0.3 and 1, respectively.
The reference material were specimens cut out from a φ330mm ingot cast under industrial conditions, characterised by the chemical composition given in Table 1.
The content of silicon, magnesium and copper was similar to the material cast under laboratory conditions, but the industrial ingot contained much less iron.

Abstract.
Chitosan film was selected as a sensing material for ammonia detection in this study.
However, there was no report stating that chitosan film being used as the sensing material for ammonia gas detection.

The higher quality FRP materials are now available in shapes and forms more attractive for civil engineering constructions.
Such materials are expected to substitute composites with organic matrix as epoxy, unsaturated polyester or phenol resins.
