Abstract: Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project main canal is grand supplied channel, it has the high requirements for transfer water reliability, so seepage control is particularly important for the channel slope along canal.
Channel slope before rolling should be timely flatten, and strive to spread the material evenly flat, especially prevent inadequate rolling, excessive rolling and rolling oversight issues.

Abstract: Because mechanism always has the characteristic of high-reliability, long-life and small-sample, performance degradation theory is adopted to study the wear reliability of mechanism.
With the example, the performance degradation reliability method and the traditional reliability method are compared, and it is proved that the proposed method is more reasonable and effective, and has important engineering application value.

Keywords: spring back, die surface compensation, R S coordinate mapping method, surface fitting, numerical simulation, bi-cubic B spline surface interpolation
Abstract.
Therefore, besides how to predict the spring back more accurately with numerical simulation technology, compensation algorithm is a key in the study of spring back compensation.
In another word, how to amend the shape of mold with the predicted spring back and how to convert CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) data format into CAD (Computer Aided Design) which is convenient for numerical control machining after compensation are very critical.
Performance parameters of the stamping parts material: Yield Strength, Hardening Index n=0.248, Hardening Coefficient, Young's modulus, Blank thickness t=0.5mm.
