Abstract:A new technology of direct acid leaching vanadium without grinding and roasting was put forward, and the effects of leaching factors including dosage of sulfuric acid, type and dosage of assistant leaching agent, leaching time and temperature, liquid-solid ratio on the vanadium leaching rate were systematically investigated.
Aiming at the properties of clay vanadium ore and shortages of the existing vanadium extraction technologies, a new technology for extracting vanadium by acid leaching without grinding and roasting was put forward in this paper, and the effects of factors on leaching rate of vanadium were investigated in detail to provide a benefit to scientific research work of vanadium extraction and exploitation of clay vanadium ore. 1 Experimental 1.1 Materials The raw sample was taken from the Mayang District in Hunan Province of China, and the raw ore properties analysis and leaching experimental study was carried out after the raw sample was crushed into particles of size of -2mm.

Abstract.
Wafer transfer robots are key facilities of IC manufature equipment which are used to transfer and position wafers between working procedures.
To avoid damage and pollution during contact, designers should choose local contact method and materials that release fewer particles.

Introduction
A major obstacle facing III-V semiconductor based metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) is the large density of trap states that exist at the semiconductor/oxide interface.[1] These trap states can pin the Fermi level preventing the MOSFET from acting as a switch in logic devices.

A Photonic Crystal (PC) is a periodic arrangement of dielectric or metallic materials with a lattice constant comparable to the wavelength of an electromagnetic wave.
An One-dimensional photonic crystal has dielectric constant that periodically changes in one direction of the space.One-dimensional photonic crystal usually consists of one or two materials with different dielectric constants. The thickness of each material has to fulfill a certain law.
The materials for PC reflectors in solar cell have no absorption of the incident light. We can also make the absorption layer have a photonic crystal structure.Different from reflectors, the materials for PC absorbers have a good ability to absorb and convert the sunlight, such as Si ,a-Si.
PCs made of specific materials have been introduced into solar cells, they act as reflectors, absorbers, and window layers.Using band gap effect of PCs and the strong scattering of light ,photons propagation path could be prolong, their life time will be extended, too. This structure can greatly increase the absorption of the solar cells within a specific band of light which lead to an enhancement of the over all conversion efficiency.
