To solve the problem, silicon rods are usually cut into pieces through wire sawing technology, and the diamond wire saw cutting is one of the excellent machining tools .so far, the tool has been widely used for semiconductor materials’ fine finishing.
We also need to make two assumptions: (1) Bed is an invariant linear system, ignoring the damping effect. (2) Density of bed material is uniform, perfectly elastic bed.
The material of bed is HT300.Having inquired "Mechanical Design Handbook", we get the parameters: ρ = 7.3 × 103kg/m3, μ = 0.25, E = 1.25 × 105GPa.
Optimization From the analysis above, we put forward four kinds of optimization improvements: (1) Add damping material where vibration severely

Materials Use standard sand and artificial stone(the particle size of 10 to 40 mm),which is the raw materials of hardened concrete ,use benchmark cement as the cement of concrete ,The chemical composition is shown in table 1: Table 1Chemical composition of benchmark cement SiO2 Al2O3 Fe2O3 CaO MgO SO3 21.96 4.73 3.68 65.3 2.59 0.3 NaOeq f-CaO C3S C2S C3A C4AF 0.56 0.9 57.4 20.3 6.32 11.19 Experimental Methods Known as the preparation of w/c of hardened concrete :0.3,0.35,0.4,0.45,0.5, removed 3 in its reach 3d, 7d, 28d and 90d of the age respectively, the hardened concrete is cut into a cube of side length which is not more than 1cm with concrete cutting machines, after sanding on concrete sections in small cubes resin saturated with resin inlay instrument , the pores may be completely filled with epoxy resin ,after drying and polishing, the capillary in the resin saturated backscattered SEM photograph mode are displayed as black ,while other solid phases are bright.
If the types of raw material of this experiment change , it may need to use this test method to simulation analysis again.

In order to solve the problems of traditional asphalt concrete, the research and development of a low-pollution, friendly and excellent construction and durability of new pavement materials without delay.
Because its binder as a combination of cement and asphalt materials, so the rigidity between asphalt and cement, it can enhance the pavement engineering and durability properties.

Al MMCs are now considered as candidated materials for several important engineering applications.
However, research to establish the detailed wear mechanisms which occur in these materials is still in its infancy and therefore it is not clear which microstructural parameters are important in optimising the wear performance of Al MMCs[5].
Material removal in a ductile material such as aluminum alloy matrix is due to the indentation and ploughing action of the sliding indenters [9].

Highly active and reliable photocatalytic materials are being pursued to increase the utilization of solar energy and thereby the photocatalytic activity.
Based on reasons mentioned above, the photocatalytic materials with strong visible-light absorption are urgently desired.
According to the energy band theory, semiconductor materials of narrow band gap are preferable as the visible-light photocatalysts [9].
To sum up, BiFeO3 is expected to be one kind of promising photocatalytic materials under solar irradiation.

Typically, the materials constructing the dam are uniform, especially for natural dams, grain sizes may range from clays of smaller than millimeter to boulders of dozens of meters.
What’s more, these formulations seem not so rational, as most of the bed-load transportation formula result from laboratory tests or alluvial channels, in which the grains sizes are relatively small in comparison to those materials building the natural dams.
The simulation based on the principles of hydraulics, sediment transport, dam materials, and geometric consideration.

The shape, size and type of material of the fibers play an important role for distribution and orientation of fibers.
All these findings could have serious affect on the theoretical presumption that the fibers are distributed in all directions and therefore these types of materials should not be assumed as isotropic (especially UHPFRC).
