The Land Utilization Countermeasures on the Old Town of South Jiangsu in the Context of New-type Urbanization - Take the Old Town, JinJiaba, Wujiang, Suzhou as an example Wenqun Fan1, a, Zongyu Chen2, b, Yaozhi Huang3, c 1 Construction Bureau of Jiangsu Foho High Tech Zone Suzhou, Jiangsu, China 2Suzhou University of Science and Technology, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China 3Corresponding author, Suzhou University of Science and Technology, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China a364923679@qq.com,b370539233@qq.com, chpxxx007@163.com Key words: new-type urbanization, Old Township, land utilization Abstract: The original townships which are remained by merger of villages and will not be the locations of town governments any more universally have the problems like population outflow, limited land utilization, environmental degradation, etc., but they leave the space for the development of new-type urbanization.
Due to the changes of administrative functions, the collectively-owned land of original Jinjiaba Town, property ownerships, etc., the problems of not only material aging, but also structural and functional declines exit in the old township, Jinjiaba.
Plan is a significant means to associate urban construction with economic development according to the three principles “renewal and integration”, “intensive development” and “improvement of vitality”, vitalizing the stock land in old towns [8], making each piece of land become the material carrier of economic development, especially comprehensively arranging the original collective-owned land within the planned scope and all the original collective-owned facilities and land of Jinjiaba, seeking for the most appropriate function arrangement for each piece of land in order to gain its best benefit.

Experimental procedure The test material was based on 6061 aluminium alloy containing different amounts of Si =0,4 and 0,9%, and Mg=1,2 and 0,8%, to obtain an Mg/Si ratio of 0.3 and 1, respectively.
The reference material were specimens cut out from a φ330mm ingot cast under industrial conditions, characterised by the chemical composition given in Table 1.
The content of silicon, magnesium and copper was similar to the material cast under laboratory conditions, but the industrial ingot contained much less iron.
