As the electrode is the mixture of Ag and AgCl powers, sintering temperature is required to be below the melting point of any material.
Grain boundary of translucent material can be observed obviously by optical microscope, and the sharp of grain is pentagons or hexagons.
So the translucent material on the electrode surface is considered as AgCl, and it was partially melting at 420 ℃.

In this paper, PPAZF was prepared with waste steel slag as raw materials and PAM as additives.
Research results showed it not only has great theoretical significance and scientific practical value for the research and development of composite-coagulant and its application in water treatment industry, but also is a great boost for the construction of ecological civilization, meanwhile, brings greater social benefits. 2 Experiments 2.1 Preparation of PPAZF coagulant First of all, HCl solution (10-30% (w/w)) and H2SO4 solution (10-20% (w/w)) were added into the conical flask containing galvanized aluminium slag which was smashed into some smaller irregular-bulk materials, and was followed by leaching of 1-5 h in Water Bath Constant Temperature Oscillator at 70-90 oC to get a leaching solution.
PPAZF under low dosage on the removal rate of turbidity is smaller than PAZF and it may be because PPAZF in organic material removal mechanism is not just a simple coagulation process.
