Fabrication of Through-hole TiO2 Nanotube Arrays by Bilayer Ti Foils Anodization DING Zhengnan, KONG Zhijian, Huayan LIU, CHEN Yinfei and ZHANG Zekai1,a 1 College of Chemical Engineering, Zhejiang University of Technology, Chaowang road 18, 310014 Hangzhou, China azzk@zjut.edu.cn Keywords: TiO2; nanotube; open-ended; anodization Abstract.
Then potential shock method, i.e., exerting an abrupt increase in the potential at the end of the anodization, has been investigated by many researchers. [9-12] Luo et al [13] proposes a mechanism that the fluoride-rich layer between Ti substrate and nanotubes is the key factor to fabricate through-hole TiO2 nanotube arrays.

Innovation capacity of an enterprise corresponds to the different resource pool including material, financial, intellectual, information, R&D and other resources; and also conditions or capabilities needed to exercise the innovative activity of an enterprise.
It is established that a methodical approach to the evaluation of the development of innovative potential of industrial enterprises should be based on a comparison of the resulting calculation of a collective evaluation of innovative potential of the company for its key indicators calculated in points, with a maximum possible score of innovative potential obtained or calculated by an expert.

3-D Finite Element Analysis on a Fillet Weld Sealing Joint in the High-Pressure Hydrogenation Heat Exchanger Xiaofeng Lua, Cui Zhaob School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing ,China axflu@njut.edu.cn, bzhaocui830308@163.com, Keywords: Hydrogenation Heat Exchanger; Sealing Joint; Welding Residual Stress; Plastic Strain; Finite Element Analysis Abstract: Based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, a sequentially coupled fillet welding thermal-stress calculation program was developed to simulate the plate close welding structure.
The material of channel flange and cover plate is 16Mo5, the size of solid circular plate is Φ1212×10mm and the material is 0Cr18Ni9, there is 5mm thick weld overlay on the channel flange surface, the calculation model is shown as Fig.1.
The welding temperature and residual stress distribution are complicated, so these areas are the key research part.

Organizations at this point should embed knowledge management into process engineering; provide initial knowledge management infrastructure, services and training; support early adopters and knowledge community; monitor and report on management indices and finally include knowledge management in budgets.
The assembly procedure was discussed with service engineers, assembly workers and designers in order to ensure that the part sheet captures the best practice of all of them. 2.
Our current estimation, based on preliminary results is that the usage of part sheets could reduce the occurrence of errors by more than 50 %, mainly for subassemblies containing a high number of binding material.
