Searching alternative sources of nature sand and using local materials according to its characteristics was already on the agenda.
Ceramic products as well as sand and stone belong to silicate materials.
The different influence of recycled ceramic sand and nature sand to cement based materials is similar to that of crushed stone and pebbles.
And it brings both advantages and unfavorable effects to cement base materials.
However, engineering materials require more amounts and costs much.

Introduction In high production machining processes, a tool removes material from the surface of a less-resistant body, through relative movement and application of force.
Experimental investigations For the present experimental studies, 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel bar (Ø140×800mm) was turned in a rigid lathe (CA6140, Shanghai Machine Tool Company) at different cutting velocities (Vc) and feeds (So) under both dry and MQL conditions to study the role of MQL on the machinability characteristics of that work material mainly in respect of cutting temperature, cutting forces, tool wears, surface finish, and dimensional deviation.
However, it is evident that MQL improves surface finish depending upon the work-tool materials and mainly through controlling the deterioration of the auxiliary cutting edge by abrasion, chipping, and built-up edge formation.

For discuss the node occur ductile or brittle failure, using the following method:(1)Using decreased stress - strain curve in the material model when the node occurs ductile failure and the stress of steel exceeds the material ultimate stress.
Assuming the material is the two broken line model of ideal elastic-plastic.

Based on the commercial FE package ANSYS/LS-DYNA, each member between two joints (a joint was naturally a node in the FE mesh) was modelled with a beam element, Beam161; while solid elements, Solid 164, were used to model the impactor; and mass elements, Mass166, were used to simulate the roofing materials.
In the meantime, the Rigid Body was chosen as the material model of impactor.
