Abstract.
Another problem is that the o-aminothiophenol starting material could be oxidized to 2,2’-disulfanediyldianiline in the air.
TLC monitoring showed that all of the starting material was consumed within 1 min, indicating that the reduction of the disulfide bond and the subsequent reactions happened in high reaction rates.
