Introduction
Sulfonate surfactant is a kind of surfactant that has the most yield and widest application In recent years, along with the economic demand and with the development of daily chemical industry, petroleum industry and other fields, researching and developing surfactants of raw materials to get easily, safety to human beings and the environment , raw materials derived from natural animal and plant oil fatty acid is being paid more and more attention[1-6].
The synthetic products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy proved to be the target product This synthetic route has a lower reaction temperature, high yield, readily available raw materials, etc.

No enhancement dopant is needed in the samples, which means good quality for the nanomaterials to act as fluorescent mark materials.
Coupling between electron and phonon is an important issue in semiconductor materials because it has significant influence on the optical and electrical properties.
The green band emission is attributed to the radiative recombination of a photo-generated hole with an electron that belongs to a singly ionized oxygen vacancy of ZnO materials[6].
Compared with ZnO bulk phase materials, obvious difference Raman shift is only seeen in the high frequency range, and up to four order multiple-phonon resnant Raman scattering are obtained in ZnO nanorod products with no enhancement dopant.
