The formability of stamping products is generally determined by the factors including the structure of die, the material properties, the shape of initial blank, the blank-holder force, the layout of draw-bead, lubrication condition and so on [2].
The material of the product is cold-rolled steel plate ST13 with the thickness of 1mm.
Secondly, the draw bead is a key factor in forming this complicated automobile part, which we must take into account.
The draw-bead can provide more resistance to the sheet metal flowing into die cavity, control the flow rate of material and improve the plastic deformation degree [8].

The trabecular bending test is designed to determine asphalt mixture material properties (LMT~3).
Fatigue numbers refer to loading times during the period when the material stiffness modulus reaches 50% of the original stiffness modulus.
Experimental operation is strictly subject to the Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering (JTJ052-2000) of China.
When conducting freeze-thaw split tests on the stress-absorbing interlayer, reference should be made to the Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering (T0729-2000) and Superpave test methods.
(4) Thanks to its component materials and structural features, the stress-absorbing interlayer has good water damage resistance features.

The yield stress of steels is in general influenced by hardening, but the ratio of approximately 2.8 between surface hardness and current yield stress is true from initial state to fully hardened material.
This allows to determine the plastic surface deformation field in the contact zone directly from the gap equation (8). upl = −hmax + h − uel + uo (9) This algorithm reduces the surface height locally by removing material, which means it is not volume conservative.

Synthesis and properties of thermo- and pH-sensitive poly[(Sodium humate)-(N-isopropylacrylamide)-(Acrylic acid)] intelligent hydrogel Xiaomi Zhoua Xiaoran Sunb Guangyue Lic (College of Chemical Engineering, Hebei United University, Tangshan Hebei China 063009) azhouxiaomi201212@163.com bxiaoranhb@yeah.net cgyli@heuu.edu.cn Keywords: Inverse suspension; Thermo-sensitive ; pH-sensitive; Intelligent hydrogel; Abstract.
The hydrogels have been utilized in a variety of applications such as water treatment, separation extraction, drug delivery[3,4], and tissue engineering.
Since the polymerization is directly affected by many factors, we focus on the study of the key parameters such as mole fraction of span-65 in mixed monomers, concentration of monomers and crosslinking agent, and polymerizing temperature.
Materials and methods Materials.
If the dispersant used in the system is improper, the balance of the emulsion system will be destroyed and the formation of absorbent polymer material will around the stirring rod or sticky wall.

The strength distribution is set by a local, short-term heat treatment modifying the mechanical properties of the material.
As mentioned previously, the precipitation characteristic in the material's microstructure affects the strength level.
The key approach is to soften the blank in those areas, in which the plastification of the material takes place, i.e. the forming zone.
As mentioned previously, the precipitation characteristic in the material's microstructure affects the material's strength level.
