In recent years, there are many researches [2-4] concetrated on the materials used in sluury pumps and their wear behaviors.
Table 1 listed the chemical composiotion of the material (KMTBCr26 alloy) used to produce the volute. From Table 1, it can be seen that it is a kind of high chromium cast iron.
Fig.1 the 3 d solid modeling of the volute Table 1 the chemical composiotion of the material used (wt%) C Cr Si Mn Ni Mo P S Fe 2.6-3.0 26-30 0.6-1.0 0.8-1.2 0.5-1.0 0.0-0.8 ≤0.06 ≤0.06 Bal.
Due to the large phase transformation stress of the material and internal stress caused by parting surface joint and the uneven cooling of the casting, cracks are easily formed during the production of the part.

A Study of Yellow Solvent Dyes in Coated Paper Ink-jet Ink System and Printing Test DU Peng1a,LI Luhai*1b,DING Bing2c,TANG Xiaojun1,XINZhiqing1, ZHAO Wen1,NI Pingxiu1 1Lab of Printing & Packaging Material and Technology, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, Beijing, 102600, China 2Printing College, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, Beijing 102600, China asamuozying@163.com, bliluh6@yahoo.com.cn, c519574740@qq.com Keywords: coated paper; inkjet printing; chromatic aberration; coating Abstract: Because of clear image, bright color, high saturation of the color printing on coated paper, the ink-jet printing on coated paper catches more and more people’s eyes.
Experimental Raw Material.
The Raw Material was mixed intensively until the solid dyes cannot be seen by naked eyes.

Searching alternative sources of nature sand and using local materials according to its characteristics was already on the agenda.
Ceramic products as well as sand and stone belong to silicate materials.
The different influence of recycled ceramic sand and nature sand to cement based materials is similar to that of crushed stone and pebbles.
And it brings both advantages and unfavorable effects to cement base materials.
However, engineering materials require more amounts and costs much.

This is a very well-studied special case of diffusion in two-phase material.
On the other hand, as mentioned above, other Monte Carlo studies [15-17] have shown that the MaxwellGarnett Equation does not do so well when the dispersed phase is represented as squares or cubes as might be used as a primitive model for grains surrounded by wide grain boundary regions in nanocrystalline materials.

To deal with this constraint, the search is on to look around for alternative materials for electronic device application and new methods for electronic device fabrication.
Such material is comprised of organic molecules, proteins, carbon materials, DNA and the list is endless which can be grown in the laboratory.
Biomolecules: DNA, Proteins, and Carbon materials: Carbon nanotubes, Graphene, etc.
Rather, carbon materials having intriguing electrical properties can be a very good future option for nanoelectronics. 4.1.
Carbon-based materials, like nanotubes or graphene, have also shown a better suited option as electrode materials for molecular electronics [46].
