Study on the Optimal Isolation Technique of Superoxide Dismutase from Pig and Bovine Blood Block Fengxia Liu1, a, Jiancheng Luo2, b, Ying Wang3, c, Gang Xue 4, d 1, 2, 4 Department of Biology and Chemical Engineering, Nanyang Institute of Technology, Nanyang, Henan, P.
Nowadays, superoxide dismutase (SOD) can be separated from the materials of animal, plants and microbe [5-7].
So using the blood as a material source for the separation of SOD can not only reduce the pollution, but also change waste to treasure.
Materials and methods Materials, chemicals and instruments Materials were obtained as follows: The blood blocks of pig and bovine came from Nanyang.
One key point of the isolation of SOD was denaturalization.

Modeling and Analysis of Cutting Forces in Hard Turning T250 Steel Using CBN Tools Yue Ding1,a, Xibin Wang1,b, Lijing Xie1,c and Hao Yang1,d 1School of Mechanical and Vehicular Engineering, Beijing Institute of technology, Beijing, China adingyue@bit.edu.cn, bcutting0@bit.edu.cn, crita_xie2004@163.com, dyh5111963@163.com Keywords: Hard turning, Cutting forces, Ultra-high-strength maraging steel, Response surface methodology, CBN.
With the development of the advanced tool materials, hard turning is largely adopted in machining difficult-to-cut materials [5-6].
Titanium can heighten the strength of the material.
Those keys make T250 very difficult to cut.
The worn area of CBN050C grows larger than CBN100, because titanium in the coat reacts with the workpiece material chemically.

Roll-drawing of full sections is an alternate process for wire drawing through a closed die, as it conserves less hard tool materials.
Introduction The roll-drawing process with its characteristic could be a step towards an energy and material efficient production of full-sections, as less hard tool materials and energy is consumed.
The recrystallized copper is chosen to have a known initial state with respect to the present flow stress kf of the material.

In the colonial age in Mexico, the establishments and cities were built with the techniques described in European treaties, but adapted to the existing materials and traditions in the region.
Humidity, wet, temperature, freezing and thawing, they all influence the way as the polluting agents damage the materials [4].
The water in all its forms is the agent which promotes chemical actions, gradual deterioration of the materials and damages actively the buildings [6].
The devitrifying on rocks is a class of alteration, but there are not standards like the American Society for Testing and Materials [7] that allow quantifying the damage in the buildings.

Electron Transport of Right-angle Graphene Nanoribbons Haidong Li1, a, Jinzhong Niub 1Department of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, Henan Institute of Engineering, Zhengzhou 451191, China alihd06@mails.jlu.edu.cn, bniujinzhong@gmail.com Keywords: Graphene, Conductance, Antiresonance Abstract.
Such a carbon material presents many unusual electronic and transport properties, such as the half-integer quantum Hall effect, the nonzero conductivity minimum at vanishing carrier concentration, and the reflectionless transmission of the carrier through an arbitrarily high barrier [2-9].
(4) The two self-energy terms are obviously the key quantities for calculating the conductance, which can be evaluated by the recursive method [26].
