The single-storey building accounts for 98.9% in total Beijing rural building, and most is brick masonry structure of which clay solid brick is 85.4%, clay hollow brick is 0.9%, and the other materials (i.e. stone and adobe) are 14.6%.
However, in terms of lots of engineering practice, the construction technology of steel mesh mortar is simple and is appropriate for the rural masonry structure reconstruction.

Introduction
Slope stability has been a key issue in the construction of hydropower projects, whose safety influences the whole project; therefore, in construction projects, to make the right assessment of the slope stability is of great significance.
The current slope stability assessment methods mainly include engineering analogical method, graphical method, expert system method, limit equilibrium method, numerical analysis methods.
A large number of collected data and engineering analogy had access to information on the existence of the different division of the border demarcation of the border demarcation which can be the corresponding sequence group, set it as: X={X11,X12,…X1m} (1) which X1={x11,x12,…x1m},…,Xn={x1n,xn2,…xnm},m is for the division level, and n is the Matter-element to be assessed.
Level of security on the borders of the fuzzy boundary values of cloud processing, in which the values of entropy and hyper entropy according to various information security classification of the boundary value of mathematical statistics, calculated by section above, corresponding values of the 5 boundary cloud data, according to engineering practice, the appropriate adjustments.

The industrial wastewater emissions of key investigation units in Henan province was 1.384275 billion tons, which accounts for 92.03% of industrial wastewater discharge ratio in the whole province.
The third is Pharmaceutical manufacture which was 13231.51 tons and 8.65%.Wastewater from Chemical raw materials and chemical product manufacturing, Chemical fiber industry and leather furs industry have a relative low CH4 emission which were 4.98%, 4.75% and 2.80% respectively.
