Under highly varying service conditions, reinforced concrete structures and facilities of industrial and civil construction can face an exposure to aggressive environments, which determines the necessity to create, develop and implement efficient and economical materials and coatings for corrosion protection, which will allow ensuring both the structural corrosion resistance and the durability of buildings and constructions in whole.
The creation of modern protective systems for corrosion protection of construction materials and structures through the use of recycled materials reflects the determination of research-and-development engineers not only to preserve the existing anticorrosion properties of the materials which have already proved themselves efficient, but to reduce the costs of new polymer systems development through the creation of new materials and the optimum combination of the existing materials.

Abstract.
The results show that there is a linear relationship between the thermal conductivity and water content at 28d, the higher the hydration degree is, the lower the thermal conductivity of concrete is; the difference between the measured value and the calculated model value is small, and the calculation formula can meet the requirements of engineering calculation.
Due to the great difference and disorder of zeta value, this paper puts forward some suggestions Under the condition of meeting the requirements of engineering calculation and simple calculation, the hydration degree (0<α<0.82) of 1d and 3,concrete blocks under two curing conditions of 45 ºC and 65 ºC and the linearized relationship result of curve fitting between moisture content and thermal conductivity in Figure2 are taken as shown in Table 2.
Therefore, it can be considered that there is little difference between the measured value and the calculated value of thermal conductivity, and formula5 can meet the requirements of engineering calculation.

Abstract.
Because soil construction is simple and its low engineering cost and it has the advantage of small operation etc, widely used in foundation treatment and foundation pit engineering and the roadbed filling and water treatment and waste treatment and other fields[1-5].
The peat soil is widely distributed in Dianchi Lake basin, and its engineering property has great difference from ordinary soft clay, and has a larger negative impact on architectural engineering under the engineering geological environment.
Test content Test used peat soil from some engineering field near Dianchi Lake waters in Kunming, and the basic physical and mechanical indexes are shown in table 1.

Abstract.
With the improvement of automatic monitoring level, tunnel engineering structure safety conditions has been accurate and comprehensive reaction through the rich and complex monitoring information.
So far, the domestic and foreign scholars had made a series of research achievements in OFS technology theory and application, such as in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and aerospace and other fields.
Therefore, in the view of the new OFS technology in underground engineering especially in the safety monitoring of tunnel project, has a good prospect of application.

Abstract.
Furthermore, it has proposed the direction for further development of investment control tasks in engineering supervision companies in China and thus has paved way for the integration between engineering supervision companies and international engineering consulting companies, the globalization of engineering supervision companies and their development as engineering management companies with international competitiveness.
The engineering supervision companies have accumulated rich experience in investment control of construction engineering, but there are still some deficiencies.
The real function of engineering supervision companies in the investment control in China has not lived up to the expectation of popularizing the engineering supervision.
