These methods have some common key elements: the problem formation stage, the participation and communication of stakeholders, quantitative risk assessment, repetition and evaluation, based on reliable information to make decisions, as well as flexibility and adaptability of the method.
Besides we should also pay attention to the international development of new areas, provide enough resources in terms of manpower, financial and material resources, and strengthen construction of relevant departments at all levels of ability and cooperation.
Companies should take the initiative to assume the important responsibility in risk management and implement environment risk management related work; Relevant government departments ought to have a clear responsibility, complete the job of enterprise's monitoring and coordination between enterprises and the masses; finally we must raise the public's right to know, establish a major environmental risk engineering and risk potential announcement system, and strengthen publicity and education of masses’ self-protection awareness and protective ability in emergency environmental accidents.

Introduction Modern russian plasma torches for cutting metals for the majority of key indicators are inferior to the products of leading foreign manufacturers.
At the second stage, when analyzing the qualitative parameters of the edges of the cutting surfaces in accordance with the requirements of GOST 14792 and DIN EN ISO 9013-2003 and the mechanical testing of welds obtained from blanks prepared in the process of cutting torches and mechanical means the corresponding parameters were evaluated in the laboratories of Institute of Engineering Science (Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences) SverdNIIChimmash, URALMASHPLANT (Uralmash Machine-Building Corporation).

The use of a combustion reaction to synthesize a refractory material was first considered by Walton and Poulos [23] who produced cermet materials using termite reactions.
A wide variety of materials have been produced by this method including carbides [27,28], borides, [25-29], nitrides [30-32], intermetallics [33,34], and composite materials [35].
The AlN powder thus obtained has been tested for application as a filler for composite materials [60].

Introduction When developing new dental restorative materials, manufacturers must be able to predict the properties of new materials and their performance in the oral environment.
Also, dental materials are tested to predict the wear performance of new materials before launching to a competitive market [44].
