Analysis of variance was used to determine the most significant process parameters affecting the holes roughness.
Feed rates were (1) 0.0075mm/rev, (2) 0.0100mm / rev, and (3) 0.0125 mm / rev under dry drilling test conditions, In the study, a L9(34) orthogonal array was selected to check the influences of the four control factors, the four control factors with three levels each are shown in Table 1.
Experimental control factor and factor levels Levels of Experimental Factors Experimental Control Factors Coating Layer Feed Rate [mm/rev] Spindle Speed [rpm] Depth of Cut [mm] 1 TiN 0.0075 6000 1.0 2 TiCN 0.0100 6500 2.0 3 TiA1N 0.0125 7000 3.0 Drill Wear Measuring Using Machine Vision.
Coating treatments of cutting tools exhibit similar properties to cooling fluids and can behave as both a protective layer and as a thermal isolation barrier to prevent heat transfer to the tool itself.
The four control factors in descending order of significance are coating layer, feed rate, depth of cut, and spindle speed.

The glass adding Lanthanum oxide will make the glass phase separation and crystallization propensity increase, is beneficial to improve the glass phase viscosity, or the glass phase transition for amorphous phase, to improve the ceramic material of high temperature mechanical properties of purpose [7].
In this paper, by adding rare earth lanthanum oxide of manganese slag ceramic preparation, at the same time, on the mechanical properties of such a test analysis, in order to get more application value.
As a result of bending strength test value has the larger discreteness, and ceramic flexural strength test have significant size effect, it will further consider the thickness of the factors in the future experiment, so as to test data is more accuracy. 4) The water absorption rate of 6 samples is less than 22%, water absorption of 6 # is a minimum 12.20%.

In this paper, we make a detail analysis of some factors, which affects the electrostatic bonding process.
According to the electrical properties of glass, combined with the principle of electrostatic bonding, we analysed the relationship of critical bonding time, voltage and temperature as well as the factors which affect electrostatic bonding.
It is often used with other methods, affording and protecting the microstructure or realizing the electric–connection between the mechanical structure and the electrical circuit.
Our laboratory is not a completely clean space, and it will be affected by dust particles ,etc.

The use of ground solar cells on the durability properties of cement-based composite was investigated.
As a result, we identified the factors affecting the durability for those of cement mortar specimens which predefined and made in lab.
The objective of this paper aims at the properties of alkali-activated materials in solar PV cells.
Test Specimens In order to investigate the influence of the fineness of solar PV panels on the mechanical properties and durability of cement-based composite, the cement was replaced with amorphous PV powders from discarded solar PV panels with a high proportion of silicon dioxide.
The use of ground solar cells on the durability properties of cement-based composite was investigated.

Grewal [4] compared the properties of high-speed elastic cam mechanism for different cam profile.
From Eqs. 1 and 2, facilitating sampling points of the profile, control points and weight factors are calculated and adjusted to optimize NURBS profile.
Summary By adjusting the node vector, control points and power factors, high-speed cam profile is reconstructed with NURBS curve.

A parametric analysis has been carried out in the hypothesis of linear elastic behaviour of all materials (soil and structure) to identify the influence of various design factors, such as the height of the pier, the caisson embedment below the ground level and the soil mechanical properties.
Introduction Bridge response to earthquake shaking is affected by the interaction between three elements, i.e. the soil below and around the foundation, the foundation itself and the superstructure.
This phenomenon is quite complex since affected by several factors, such as the foundation configuration and embedment, nature and angle of incidence of the incoming wave field.
The second mode is rotational about the axis X and affects only the bridge deck (the period is 0.28s and the participating mass ratio is 0.11).
The parameter study highlighted the predominant role exerted by soil stiffness in affecting the period elongation of the overall system.

Effect of Laminate Configurations on Impact Properties of GFRP Composite in Seawater S.K.
These were investigated for the effect of seawater on its impact properties.
This would significantly degrade the mechanical properties of the laminated component [4].
It is also known that the mechanical properties of fibre reinforced composites materials degrade with hygrothermal (immersion in seawater) exposure [6, 7, 8].
The impregnation of the resin is a complex process and is greatly influenced by several factors, such as orientation of the fibrous preform, mould temperature, resin viscosity, and injection pressure [13, 14, 15].

The development of embedded solid lubricant materials As how to choose embedded solid lubricant materials according to the specific conditions, various factors of metallic matrix and mating materials should be considered.
On the base of Sang,s, J.Michalski et al.[13]found that the physical properties of this material was largely dependent on its preforms.
N.A.Bushe et al.[14] found that the tribological properties of this material depended on the lubricating film squeezed out and spread over to the interface during sliding process.
The shapes of the wear debris generated by the PMI-A under different temperature are different, The viscoelastic behavior of the polymer affects the friction and wear properties of the PMI-A.
In 2010, Ze Wu et al.[31] did a systematic study about the friction and wear properties of different pore sizes, pore spacing, the hole depth and sizes parameters and obtained optimized wear properties to the surface of microporous structure parameters.

Reliability design for feeding system control circuit Fig. 1 Structural diagram of the control system Quality and properties of electronic components and electromagnetic compatibility of the system are the main factors, which affect the reliability of the electromechanical integration equipment control system.
Components High quality electronic components and mechanical parts are the bases of reliability for mechanical and electronic products.
Summary Found in the development process of the feeding system, even very similar equipment work in the vicinity of the system, electromagnetic interference factors are not the same, it suggests that some equipment itself also has certain electromagnetic compatibility problems.
