Analysis of variance was used to determine the most significant process parameters affecting the holes roughness.
Feed rates were (1) 0.0075mm/rev, (2) 0.0100mm / rev, and (3) 0.0125 mm / rev under dry drilling test conditions, In the study, a L9(34) orthogonal array was selected to check the influences of the four control factors, the four control factors with three levels each are shown in Table 1.

Coating treatments of cutting tools exhibit similar properties to cooling fluids and can behave as both a protective layer and as a thermal isolation barrier to prevent heat transfer to the tool itself.
The four control factors in descending order of significance are coating layer, feed rate, depth of cut, and spindle speed.

Taking into account the factors of environmental protection, economy and convenience for mass production, and superior corrosion resistance, hot-dip aluminizing is one of the most practical processes utilized on steel.
The Fe-Al alloys layer affects the mechanical properties of welded joint, and makes the required heat input increasing, as a comparison; the uncoated steels optimum heat input is ~3480J/cm.
The heat input of different dipping process corresponding to the best mechanical properties is ~3840J/cm.
The results of optimum heat input show that the ~3840J/cm has the best mechanical properties for Al coating steels.

For comparison purpose, the interaction of stress intensity factors (SIFs) is also examined in the study.
The magnifying factors of time-dependent fracture are obviously larger than that of the linear elastic fracture cases.
The properties are presented in Table 1.
Crack interaction is also affected by the creep exponent n.
For the bi-crack model, the interaction effect represented by C*-integral is influenced not only by the crack configurations but also by the material properties, especially the creep exponent n. 2.

Material Models at Elevated Temperatures The numerical model takes into account the temperature-dependent thermal and mechanical properties of the materials. 3.1.
Mechanical Models The mechanical properties of steel and concrete have been take from EN1994-1-2 [28] (Fig. 4).
The mechanical properties of the steel have been considered as reversible, which means that stiffness and strength are recovered to full initial values during cooling.

Effects of oxidation treatment on mechanical and thermal properties were subsequently explored. 2.
However all reinforced foams showed superior mechanical properties to the matrix foam.
Other key properties such as mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the prepared foams were in acceptable range to serve the designed purpose.

The synthetical function of multiple factors such as the thermal deformation, the rising temperature, the interaction between asperities makes the complicated relationships among the maximum temperature, the maximum contact pressure and the real contact area.
So the partition of frictional heat flux between the solid A and B is assigned naturally according to their thermophysical properties of material.
Thermal Stress To simplify the calculation, it supposes the materials of solid A and B are homogeneous and their thermal properties are invariant with temperature.
The parameters of the material properties of the solid A and B are given in Table 1 [14-15].
These complex contact states bring great effect on the surface tribological properties and the contact fatigue damage.
