Abstract.
Introduction The material properties of silicon carbide make it an attractive material for devices and integrated circuits operating at high voltages, high frequencies and high temperatures.
The key issue relating to the performance of MOS devices is the quality and reliability of the gate dielectric, where a high quality SiO2 layer, with a low interface state density, is essential.

Introduction
Since industrialization, global ecological conditions have been in steady decline, and scientists have confirmed that the greenhouse effect—a process in which carbon dioxide (CO2) plays a fundamental role—is the key reason for global warming(IPCC,2001,2007).
Materials and methods An overview of the method The method quantifies CO2 based on the principles of convection and diffusion of gas between soil and atmosphere.

When used as the negative electrodes of lithium secondary batteries, the electrochemical performance of silicon-based materials depends strongly on the electrolyte composition.
LiCF3SO3 plays a key role in improving charge/discharge performance and results in a high coulombic efficiency by decreasing the charge-transfer resistance.
