Chen et.al [1] study the mechanical behavior of ununiform material with the finite difference method (FDM), and the results show that the micro-stucture plays a very important in the stress distribution state and the crack expanding form,it can also obviously influent the material mechanical character and failure pattern.

This material was then deformed in a channel die at a temperature of 553 K to various strains at a strain rate of 10-3 s-1 in order to assess the effect of particle size on recrystallization.
Figs. 6a-b show EBSD maps of material deformed to a strain of 1.0.
Fig. 7a illustrates new grains which have nucleated at grain boundaries and particles in material extruded at 633 K.

In this work, molecular modeling(MM) simulation were researched much further, and Accelrys Materials Studio was used as a calculation and analysis software, the molecular dynamics (MD) method, has been applied to research the interaction between inhibitors and metal surface.
The simulation results can be used as a guide for the selection of materials as a coating layer for the FeSi-Fe model.

In the process of forming scaffolds by the low temperature forming machine, when the flow of slurry extruded by the nozzle is too small or the speed of the scanning motor is too fast, the material extruded by the nozzle can be taken away and it can’t drop and adhere material falling insufficient and the filament fracture will appear (as shown in the Fig. 1a).
