As a exhibition platform for the culture of petroleum enterprise and popular science education on petroleum, the practical teaching base on campus for petroleum engineering provides the basic guarantee for engineering training of institute, industrial culture and education for industrial spirits, becomes the landmark achievements for characteristic school running and becomes an important component for popular science education base on petroleum in Chongqing City as well as cultural tourism for Chongqing University Town. 2.
The practice teaching base not only provides the platform for training of practical manual capability and operation skills for students but also provides the material base guarantee for scientific research work of teachers to improve the scientific research level and practical operation capability.

Firstly, liquid crystals that are nonchiral must be doped with chiral materials, which may potentially alter the flexoelectric behavior.
Also, the ULH texture is inherently unstable and is difficult to form, especially for materials with negative dielectric anisotropy.
