"State" refers to the biological state of the unit, the state including energy, biomass, individual number and occupancy of resources, adaptability, intelligence level, level of economic development, science and technology development level, etc., is an organism cell growth and development in the past, study, social and economic development and the result of the accumulation and environment interactions; "Potential" refers to the biology unit reality to the environment influence or power, such as energy and material exchange rate, biological growth, economic growth, occupy the new environment ability, etc.
Education ecological niche is a core concept of education ecology, ecological niche is the science of studying the position relationship between organisms and their habitats, and the education of ecological niche theory is based on "interaction theory", namely between all kinds of education institutions and the society as a whole is to contact each other and influence each other, in the different ecological education, exert the function of each are not identical.
So-called education ecological niche is to regard education as an organic unity, complex ecological system, in the ecological system, integrated the influence of internal and external environment, to find the most suitable for ecological niche of the development of education, emphasis on education and the environment, the education system between the internal material, energy and information exchange between subsystems and the relationship of the mutual influence and mutual adaptation process.

Research on the Construction of Crowdsourcing Platform Ying LIU1, a, Depeng DANG1, b 1 College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing Normal University, Beijing, 100875, China aemail: liuy066@163.com, bCorresponding author, email: ddepeng@bnu.edu.cn Keywords: Crowdsourcing Platform; Crowdsourcer; Contractor; Framework; Operation Mode; Construction Principles Abstract.
This paper proposed to apply the worker quality control and evaluation algorithm proposed in our previous study to the crowdsourcing platform in order to help crowdsourcers mining the most potential contractors to solve the difficulties. 2) Provide appropriate material or spiritual reward The crowdsourcers shall give the contractors who service them some certain material or spiritual reward, so that the contractors can feel they receive due respect while providing service, which will further improve the sense of accomplishment and social existence of the contractors and prompt them to involve in the tasks more seriously and responsibly. 3) Task divides as small as possible When the crowdsourcers release tasks, they should divide the tasks as small as possible.
