It has become an important step during the process of archives digitization to build a records management system platform by adopting flexible system design and model after taking full account of both the various commonalities of the University Archives and the characteristics of the archives department and the new requirements of future records business development, and avoiding the duplication of investment, waste of manpower and material, and the occurrence of other adverse circumstances at the same time caused by the changes of business needs and work patterns[1].

Nevertheless up to now the quantitative accuracy of the method is poor for residual stress analyses close to the materials surface up to depths of approximately 0.2 mm and in the case of steep in-depth residual stress gradients or oscillating residual stress depth distributions.
