Introduction
At present the dynamic and constantly rail railway scale has been used widely in orbit transportation measurement.As one of the weighing apparatus, weighing precision of the rail weighbridge is the soul of the product quality.The key focus of rail weighbridge system research is to improve the accuracy of the whole system in the design, manufacture, installation and so on each link.This paper focuses on optimal analysis of the installation position of shear sensor in shear type of rail weighbridge.
Through internal node coordinate location of web we can read the for measuring point respectively,they are N1,N2,N3,N4, The corresponding node values are 83, 88, 93,98 .Use PRDISP command can list text files of each node displacement material.

Abstract:The aim of this research is to understand the progress of urban public security planning.
For example, based on the principles of active defense and comprehensive planning, the civil air defense engineering of urban planning is designed to serve the purposes of urban air defense and other military defense objectives.
In order to integrate emergency prevention, post-disaster relief and restoration planning, emergency management planning, and other essential elements into entire urban security planning, it is necessary to evaluate thoroughly the objects, key elements, procedures, and modes system of entire urban security planning, in addition to spatial structure planning.
The site selection and layout of emergency shelters, facilities and equipment, the layout of emergency response and rescue organizations (such as firefighting, public security, and hospitals), and the planning and layout of the scale, location, and allocation of rescue material should be included in the consideration on urban emergency events response.
