Introduction
World Health Organization key facts [1] suggest that about 1.24 million people die each year as a result of road traffic crashes.
The paper is organized as follows: second section presents material and methodology, third section presents models, the results are presented in the fourth section.
Materials and Methodology In this study, secondary data of the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic, Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Slovak and the Slovak Road Administration were used.
An interesting point is that damages to property have been dramatically decreased, as well as traffic accidents and accidents with material damage after the introduction of 50 km per hour speed limit in villages in Slovak Republic.

Abstract: This work was conducted as part of the European Union project ARTIMA and it
investigates the effectiveness of wavelets in damage detection.
Introduction This work was conducted as part of a European Union project entitled ARTIMA (Aircraft Reliability Through Intelligent Materials Application).
The damage detection work here is conducted upon a flat aluminium plate with two piezoceramic transducers mounted on thin layers of the soft viscoelastic material ISD112.
The key feature of this specimen, however, was that these two transducers were both mounted on the plate using a thin layer of the viscoelastic material ISD112.
Delebarre: submitted to Smart Materials and Structures, Vol 12, (2003), p 393-402 [2] D.

Keywords: Lianyungang-Horgas Highway, roadside soil, different operated time, heavy metals, potential ecological risk.
Materials and Methods Sample collection Wanliu transect on Zhengzhou-Kaifeng section and Xiaowangzhuang transect on Kaifeng-Shangqiu section along Lianyungang-Horgas highway were selected as the study transects (Fig.1), the first section operated in 1994, and the second section in 2001.
Sample preparing and heavy metal determining In laboratory, after intrusive substances and plant materials in samples removed, the samples were air dried, grinded with an agate mortar, wholly sieved through a 1 mm aperture nylon sieve and well mixed, and then about 100 g soil samples were selected from 1 mm samples, grinded and passed through a 0.15-mm nylon screen wholly.
It had been discovered that Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn in roadside soils originated from oil exhaust, oil leaks, tire wear, brake abrasion, and radiator, and so on, so they were classified as typical traffic source metals; and Ni and Cr were classified as mixed source metal which originated not only from soil parent materials but also traffic activities [11, 13, 14].

Abstract.
In a coal fired power plant operating at 600°C /25MPa, Cr-Mo ferritic heat resistant steel is widely used in the key component of turbines and boilers[3,4].
The material was austenitization at 1150°C for 2 hours, subsequent water quenching and then hot rolled to 90% reduction.

Wheel characteristics are mainly decided by the
kind of grits, grit mesh size, bonding material, hardness, porosity and so on.
In this paper, the mechanism of improvement in surface finish in the HS grinding is investigated by using a three dimensional computer aided design model (3D-CAD model) and a concept of virtual grinding trace as a result of interference of grit trajectory and work material.

Introduction
In the thermal plasmas spray, plasma gas temperatures can be acquired about 18,000K, thereby enabling melting any materials injected into the plasma jet, including ceramic materials with high melting point.
So, the plasma temperature field is the key process parameters, which is depended on plasma gas compositions, gas flow rates, electric input power etc [1, 2].

Abstract.
Therefore, some common requirements on oxygen electrode catalyst materials are postulated a good catalytic activity of oxygen reduction; resistance to electrolyte corrosion; resistance to oxidation/reduction atmosphere corrosion; large conductivity; large specific surface area [3].
Oxygen is a paramagnetic material; therefore the paramagnetism of Fe3O4 probably causes the enrichment of oxygen and enhances the ORR activity of the electro-catalyst.
In an alkali medium, whether O2 is directly reduced to water via a four-electron process or to HO2- via an two-electron process is set by the composition of electrode materials [12].
Pt plays a crucial key in the reduction process, while Fe3O4 enhances direct a four-electron process by enriching O2 concentration.

The main model that determines the intensity of the filtration process during the flow of residual melt inside a solid-liquid dendritic skeleton to assess the conditions of its deficiency is usually the Karman – Kozeni equation [5, 6, 7] used to determine the key parameter of process ‒ the permeability coefficient.
