The primary problem of eco-materials is how to judge whether a material is
environmentally friendly or not, and the method of life cycle assessment is usually used to evaluate it.
We use the exergy embodied in mineral resources and energy to change the natural state of materials to a state with lower entropy for our use in the production of materials, in which some high entropy castoff and waste heat is generated along with the products.

ABSTRACT
The Fe-Al-X and Fe-Al-Ni-X (X = Fe,Ni,Cu,Cr) metallic powders obtained by the selfdecomposition
method and next intensive grinding in an electro-magneto-mechanical mill
were examined by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD).
Keywords : Fe-Al, Fe-Al-Ni, self-decomposition method, Mössbauer spectroscopy INTRODUCTION Iron aluminides represent an intriguing class of materials; they offer a good combination of mechanical properties, specific weight/strength ratio, corrosion resistance and relatively low raw material cost [1,2], which makes them potential candidates for the substitution of stainless steel in applications at moderate to high temperature.
The classical chemical analysis indicated that aluminium concentration in both materials is above 50 at.%.

Introduction
Metal bonded superabrasive tools are extensively used in precision machining of hard brittle materials because of their high hardness, thermal resistance and long tool life [1].
The special fillers, which can be metal, metal oxide or non-metal oxide materials, are added in the metal bond material.

In comparison to conventional cutting materials, the usage of PCD tools leads to higher chip removal rates and lower tool wear [2].
In addition, economical machining of highly abrasive materials is often only possible with PCD tools [5].

Vapor deposited hard coatings, simple or mixed nitrides and borides such as TiN, TiCN, TiBN, TiAlN, TiB2, CrN or ZrN have been extensively studied, and some are used more specifically as anti-wear coatings/materials.
