After debris flow passes through piedmont outlet, the gully of Lijiagou doesn’t restrict flow, and debris flow moves in a dispersed manner and hydrodynamic power decreases, the solid material is deposited on the accumulation area.
In case of heavy rain, loose solid material runs with water flow to form a high-speed and destructive debris flow, resulting in significant economic losses and personal injury on the county.

This paper supposes a perforated T-shaped steel dampers uses T-shaped steel for the material.
With the improvement of science and technology and people's living standard, the ability of prevent earthquake disasters has been improved, the structure of the damping control technology has get more and more researchers’ attention both at home and abroad due to its characteristic of economy applicable energy consumption, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and the better damping effect. so the technology has become an effective method to dissipate earthquake energy.
T -type mild steel damper is made from steel Q235, wide-flange steel model T200 × 204 × 12, a length of 300mm, for the Fig.1: Fig.1 Schematic diagram of T with perforation types This damper choose the force in the plane , since the greater stiffness of the steel and prone to shear yield to dissipate energy under the form of force , in order to overcome the deficiencies of damper in the form of the plate force , we choose openings in the plate plane to achieve the purpose of multi -point yield at the same time.Material constitutive relation uses ideal elastic-plastic material model , the relevant parameters in Table 1.In the Table 1, is yield stress, is ultimate strength, E is modulus of elasticity, is yield strain and is ultimate strain.

This paper uses an all-polymeric pressure bar to achieves a closer impedance match between the pressure bar and the specimen materials.
The features of rubber materials are low strength, low wave propagation velocity and low mechanical impedance.
These mechanical characteristics of rubber materials provide the damping capacities of severe vibration and shock loadings.
We used a polymeric pressure bar set-up for the SHPB to test soft materials.

The industrially pure elemental Al (99.7%), Fe (99.5%), Mn (99.7%), and Cu (99.95%) were used as starting materials to make into Al-20wt.
Then these raw materials were remelted in an electrical resistance furnace, and covered the approximately 1.2wt.% of mixed salt mainly composing of K2TiF6, KBF4, Na2ZrF6, KCl, NaCl.
At low temperature (610℃) deformation, it requires higher stress to be caused by moving the microstructure of semi-solid materials.

The lever analysis forwarded by Professor Statty in 1970s has been applied to analyzing the assessment index system of EIPs[3].Material flow analysis ,the method of the metabolic conversion of material resources in economic activity, focused on quantitative research of total substance in the integrated economic and environmental system.
Allied scholars have found specific framework of state of the substance in the economic system by material flow analysis[4].
Industrial symbiosis is a subset of industrial ecology, with a particular focus on material and energy recycling.

From Fig.11 and 12, we can see stray current decreases versus the soil resistivity or insulating material resistivity when the others parameters are fixed, i.e. improve the soil resistivity or insulating material resistivity can decrease stray current corrosion to the buried metallic pipeline.
