Prolonging occurrence time of rebar corrosion in reinforced concrete structures could be achieved by increasing the thickness of cover, decreasing the ratio of water and cement materials, applying the polymer concrete or mortar, epoxy-resin coating bars or adding anti-corrosion admixture[2].

Introduction With the continuous development of modern science and technology, the demands of various new vehicles and weapon equipment for structure and weight are also increasing.
Analysis on the dynamic response based on Hamilton’s principle Assuming that the length of cylindrical shell is L, the thickness is h, the radius is R, the material density is ρ, the elastic modulus is E, the Poisson’s ratio is μ, the axial pressure load is P, the radial aerodynamic load is which is uniformly distributed in area 2ε1×2ε2 and the coordinate of regional center point is(α0,j0).
The parameters are chosen as follows: the cylindrical shell selects the aluminum material, the elastic modulus E=71GPa, the material density is 2700kg/m3, the Poisson’s ratio v=0.3, the thickness of shell h=0.006m, the cross-sectional radium of cylindrical shell R=0.105m, the length of cylindrical shell L=2.8m, the axial pressure P=17320N and the sizes of the area under the radial aerodynamic impaction loadε1 =0.01L,ε2=0.1π,α0=0.1L,j0=0.25π,q0=10000N,ωb=1000.
