Abstract. 920 nm OPS-VECSEL has an important application in laser display.
(6) is the material refractive index of the active region, L is the laser cavity length, R1 and R2 are reflectivity of the DBR and external cavity mirror, Np is the photon amount in the cavity of the mode p.
The output characteristics of these devices were calculated by building up the material storage and setting optical power density, center wavelength, threshold, scan step size and calculation precision, Results and analysis The performances of device, especially the mode, the threshold and the optical-optical translation efficiency, were analyzed by dealing with different number of QWs (1, 2 and 3) in one period, QW depth, barrier width, the component and dimension of the non-absorption layer (as shown in Fig.2) [5].

As a exhibition platform for the culture of petroleum enterprise and popular science education on petroleum, the practical teaching base on campus for petroleum engineering provides the basic guarantee for engineering training of institute, industrial culture and education for industrial spirits, becomes the landmark achievements for characteristic school running and becomes an important component for popular science education base on petroleum in Chongqing City as well as cultural tourism for Chongqing University Town. 2.
The practice teaching base not only provides the platform for training of practical manual capability and operation skills for students but also provides the material base guarantee for scientific research work of teachers to improve the scientific research level and practical operation capability.

Introduction
The belt conveyor is widely used in the transport of various types of material and is exposed to the most varied ambient conditions, weather and environment.
According to the type of transported materials, the conveyor belts are classified as belts of class 2 (grain size between 50 and 100 mm, moderate bulk weight) and 3 (grain size between 150 and 400 mm, sorted material, high bulk weight).
