Introduction Porous ceramic materials with both low and high temperature applications are of great interest today (insulators, catalyst supports, filters, ceramic membrane etc.).
Mullite is one of the most important porous support materials [2].

Fig.2 The rocking curve of the optimized Mo(101) film 3.1 Electrode materials Fig.3 The XRD of AlN films deposited on different electrode materials Fig.4 The XRD of AlN film in different flows conditions As shown in fig.3, the electrode materials influenced on the preferred orientation of AlN film.
AlN film with (101) crystal preferred orientation can be achieved when Cr/Au/Mo was used as bottom electrode materials, but AlN film have (002) crystal preferred orientation on other bottom electrode materials.

Abstract: One of the valuable problems of modern science and technology is to create a low-power (less than 1 mW), long-life (10-100 years) miniature sources of electric power based on the conversion of radioactive isotopes of energy into electricity.
Physical processes in semiconductor materials especially in silicon under the influence of electrons are known and well understood, it is possible to form the specific technical requirements for the design betavoltaic batteries with maximum efficiency of conversion of radiation energy at their minimum size.

It is believed that fluorine contained in the carbon materials has a positive effect to improve the electrochemical properties as anode materials for Li-ion batteries.
Low coulombic efficiency in the first cycle is a common problem of hard carbon materials.
The fluorine content of the materials decreases as the carbonization temperature increases from 600 to 1000°C.
Fluorine contained in the carbon materials used as anode materials for Li-ion batteries has a positive effect to improve the electrochemical properties[9-10].

We propose a new algorithm for counting closed pores in porous materials.
Identification and counting of isolated regions in binary images are important problems in image processing, machine vision, porous materials analysis, solidification processes [18] and many other fields of science.

It is the important way to improve thermoelectric properties of skutterudite materials by doping with rare earth elements.
Introduction Skutterudite material is one of the most promising thermoelectric materials and has been one research focus.
This is because phonons in polycrystalline materials are easier to be scattered than in single crystal due to more grain boundaries and more defects.
