To assign the degree of UV protection of clothing materials, UPF is commonly used [6].As shown in Table 2, the UPF values of all the samples are above 50, which indicates that polyester linen blended knitted fabric has excellent UV protection performance.

From the results of fluorescence analysis, it can be explained like following Biological materials (like protein and cell) are tend to adsorb to tips of micro structure.
