Zhen et al. [13] suggested weakening the layer-layer interaction in illite clay minerals by acid treatment and following dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) intercalation for promoting the illite clay mineral intercalation and exfoliationin a polymer matrix.
This reflex shift indicates to DMSO monolayer intercalation in kaolinite [17], where DMSO forms hydrogen bonding with kaolinite Al-OH and Si-O surface groups.
The chemical analysis of the clay samples determined that after the acid treatment, the content of the Al, Fe and Mg elements decreases (as indicated in a Table 1).
This is related to the partial dissolution of octahedral and tetrahedral sheets of clay minerals [18], which resulted in release of central ions from octahedra (Al, Fe, Mg) and tetrahedra (Al).

Nejat et al. [1] performed numerical investigations of power-law fluid flows over a pair of identical circular cylinders which are confined in straight channel.
Salcedo et al. [2] presented in two dimensional simulations the mixed convection heat transfer from a pair of equal-sized cylinders of circular cross-section.
Mishra et al. [6] numerically studied the forced convection heat transfer of non-Newtonian power-law fluids through a ventilated cavity where there are two circler cylinders placed in tandem and side-by-side arrangements.
The work has tested the influence of cylinders arrangement, Reynolds number and power-law index on flow patterns and heat transfer. karimi et al. [7] numerical investigation has been carried out to study the steady-state mixed convection heat transfer from two circular cylinders placed at the center of ventilated cavity with tandem arrangement.
Talkhoncheh et al. [8] numerically investigated the forced convection heat transfer of two horizontal circular cylinders placed in tandem arrangement inside a square cavity, the enclosure is ventilated.

Khelladi et al. [2], Ballesteros-Tajadura et al. [6], Lin. [7], Youni et al. [8] and Liu et al. [9] studied fan noise radiation through the following approach: unsteady flow fields firstly are obtained by CFD, then sound sources are extracted, and finally sound radiation to free field is calculated through FW&H equation (the general form of Lighthill’s acoustic analogy theory, we discuss it in Section 4) ignoring the presence of casings.
Koopmann et al. [10] employed BEM with experimental vibration data of the casing to compute the casing noise radiation of a centrifugal fan; in this study, we used FEA technique to obtain the vibration data.

Ikoma et al. attempted to study microstructure, mechanical and biomimetic properties of fish scale by heating only [10].
The uniformity on all fracture surfaces in this study proved that the crystalloid is composed of compact material of nano-size, although Ikoma et al.
