An FMS is a network of machines interconnected by a material handling system, where a low or medium volume of parts can be manufactured.
In their system, each machine and the material handler are assumed to have their own internal controller as well as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that it is connected to which coordinates its interactions with the rest of the components.

The DP600 high-strength steel plate with the commonly used t0 of 1.2mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm was selected to investigate the influence of t0 on the DDS formability. f refers to the distance that the roller moves along the generatrix direction of mandrel when mandrel rotates a circle; for most body-centered cubic (BCC) crystal materials, f is normally selected as 0.1~1.5mm/r [13].
Generally, the DDS formability of metal material under different blank thickness t0 is different [4].

The model generates plans incorporating new requests for aid materials, new supplies and transportation means that become available during the current planning time horizon.
Introduction Logistics planning in emergency situations involves dispatching commodities (e.g., medical materials and personnel, specialized rescue equipment and rescue teams, food, etc.) to distribution centres in affected areas as soon as possible so that relief operations are accelerated.
Constraint set (2) enforces material flow balance on supply nodes.
