Compared with the traditional casting pump, this kind of pump produce by stamping and welding, it has high size accuracy, easy to realize automation production, energy-saving, material-saving, high production efficiency, high generalization degree, low cost of manufacture and maintenance so many advantages.
Higher comprehensive pump performance is required with the development of science and technology.

Introduction
Currently, the deterministic method based on safety factor often used in the reliability analysis of retaining wall and the long-term application in engineering proves it is an effective and practical method, however, because of the material inhomogeneity, random and the variability of spatial, some of the retaining wall is safe according to the method, however damaged when put it into use.

Abstract.
Dynamic model is implemented with ADAMS, and a series of processes such as 3d modeling and assembly are implemented with 3d software SolidWorks, and then the geometry, quality, and constraint relationship of the 3d model is input into software ADAMS in the format of Parasolid, and also the material and constraint relationship of components are added.

Material properties of products (such as plastic melt liquidity, etc.), injection molding process parameters (including injection rate, holding pressure, melt temperature, mold cavity temperature, etc.), the mold structure (such as gate location, gate number, etc.) and plastic parts structure (such as the presence of holes, wall thickness is not equal, etc.), are the main mechanism and factors that produce weld mark [2].
