Because the transformer had long-term operated that produced heated and the electric’s stress to influence the insulating oil and cellulose materials aging so that defects within the body, while the insulating oil is decomposed to produce dissolves gases.
In this paper, the well-integration of significant ANSI/IEEE C57.104 specification and IEC-Duval Triangle diagnosis Method is proposed to guarantee the feasibility in practice in the Nan-Cou extra voltage substation (345/161kV) of Southern Taiwan Science Park around Tainan.

Several key issues in the FE modeling are introduced briefly, i.e. the material models for steel and concrete, interface model to simulate the steel and concrete interface, element types, meshes, and boundary conditions.
The main objectives of this research are as follows: first, to develop a FEA model on elliptical CFST slender columns under axial compression; second, to perform mechanism analysis on elliptical CFST slender columns using the FEA model. 2 Finite element modeling The axial compression analysis is conducted in ABAQUS/Standard module where both material and geometric nonlinearities are considered. 2.1 Material models (1) Steel Elastic–plastic model is used to describe the constitutive behavior of steel.

Introduction GaN-based materials has attracted much attention for applications in high frequency, high efficiency, high-power and anti-irradiation microwave electronic devices due to its outstanding material properties such as wide band gap, high breakdown field, high electron saturation velocity, high sheet-carrier density, high electron mobility, strong anti-radiation, and superior chemical stability.
