Abstract.
The extent of the wavelength shift of the peaks could be used to quantify the amount of materials bound to the sensor surface thereby allowing detection of the surface modifications as well as the quantification of the DNA analyte.
This work was partially supported by Nanotec, NSTDA and the division of Industrial Materials Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.

Orthotropic Material.
Although most investigations deal with the analysis of elastic isotropic shells in contact with internal and external quiescent or flowing fluid, several modern and natural materials display orthotropic properties and also stiffened cylindrical shells can be treated as equivalent uniform orthotropic shells.
Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 display the comparison of resonance curves for an empty shell and a fluid-filled shell (Ub = 0) for geometric relations L/R = 1.75, R/h = 800, amplitude of lateral pressure parameter L1 = 10% L0 cr and considering the five orthotropic materials.

However, due to a lot of reasons, the gradual expansion and convergence of the micro-defects lead to the macro deterioration of the mechanical properties of materials.
Also, under the action of the loads, the gradual expansion and convergence of the micro-defects lead to the macro deterioration of the mechanical properties of materials.
