Analysis methods are based on the ability of the system to accept loads even if one of the key connections is lost.
Thus, the decision on the value of dynamic factors in any direction is made by the engineer.
The current state of design, construction and maintenance of civil buildings and complex engineering facilities has dangerous trends: complexity is increasing and projects are often carried out by specialists with powerful computing systems, but they do not have enough knowledge to qualify non-standard systems.

Due to lack of appropriate supervision and maintenance about the Rocky desertification livestock project, creating a lot of engineering to become a short-lived project, the "bad deal" project, resulting in a waste of financial and human resources, ecological environment can’t achieve the desired effects.
Engineering content of the development of animal husbandry in accordance with the principles of livestock balance, reasonable arrangements for the stocking rate.
Through the rocky desertification control project and other related engineering, to restore vegetation coverage, at high altitudes, to living the environment, and bad natural recovery is very difficult vegetation degeneration of the lawn, should implement the enclosure, to restore vegetation.
After the implementation of the grass and associated works, the establishment of environmental and engineering stations, periodic supervision or inspection, regular maintenance and repair, education and persuasion on the destruction of the behavior of engineering and ecological environment related projects.

Abstract.
Materials and methods The ABR was contained four equal rectangular compartments with 40 cm length, 10 cm width and 50 cm height.
It was beneficial to hydrogen production of HPA, but to get rid of the low partial pressure, it was far from enough to only involve the engineering control measures.

Abstract.
Frequency dispersion less than 10 kHz mainly has a tie with induced polarization (IP) effect caused by electrochemistry, and IP frequency dispersion effect is speculated still to be observable if frequency is reduced to below 10 Hz according to the law of spectral induced polarization and the existing actual materials [16].
From equations (2), the key to measurement was the amplitude ratio and phase difference between voltage V and current I.
