Prolonging occurrence time of rebar corrosion in reinforced concrete structures could be achieved by increasing the thickness of cover, decreasing the ratio of water and cement materials, applying the polymer concrete or mortar, epoxy-resin coating bars or adding anti-corrosion admixture[2].
Here, in order to simplifying the analytical procedure, some assumptions have been applied: (1) UHTCC is considered as isotropic material, and its tensile stress-strain relation fits the one of elastic-perfectly plastic material (see Fig.2 (c)).

Talking about the case of an aircraft, the dosage of composite materials has increased from the total weight of 2% ~ 3% to 10% ~ 15%.
A large number of composite materials has been used in demanding products such as planes and spacecraft, which is attributed to their rising awareness on properties of composite material [1].
Sometimes it causes some parts dissatisfy the strength requirement and obliterates the superiority of the composite materials.

A Supply Chain is a “series of activities which are concerned with the planning, co-ordination and controlling of materials and finished goods from the supplier to the consumer”. [3] Nonetheless, as its definitions suggest [4], the (SCs) are generally complex and characterized by numerous activities spread over multiple functions and organizations, which pose interesting challenges for effective (SC) coordination.
